- 6 to 0 days before arrival 90% of the price is payable.
- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival 70% of the price must be paid.
- 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 30% of the price must be paid.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation fees of 90% also apply for no-shows.
Should guests depart earlier than booked / arrive later than booked for any reason, the amount not utilised will be charged.

Dogs are also very welcome at the Heiterwanger Hof! For an extra charge of € 15,- per day (without food) you can bring your four-legged friend with you. We are happy to provide food bowls. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
